All proceeds of the Party, less prizes and expenses, benefit the youth programs of the Hilton Head Island Concours d’Elegance & Motoring Festival and Heroes on Horseback.
A maximum of 600 tickets will be sold to the party.
You must be 18 years or older to participate.

Ticket purchasers should consult with their own tax advisors regarding the tax deductibility of their purchase .
Online payment is accepted securely; we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Tickets may also be purchased with a personal check made payable to the Hilton Head Island Concours d’Elegance.
If a purchaser’s check or credit card is dishonored by the bank or credit card company, the ticket(s) will be invalid unless full payment is received by Concours by 12 noon, one day prior to the date of the party. Winners need not be present.
The Grand Prize winner will receive a new BMW 128i Convertible, MSRP $37,400 from Hilton Head BMW. An alternate cash prize of $25,000 may be substituted in lieu of the automobile.
Three (3) First Prizes of Avante Garde Patrons Packages to the 2010 Hilton Head Island Concours d’Elegance & Motoring Festival will be awarded.
Two (2) Second Prizes of two (2) tickets each to the 2011 Heroes on Horseback Kentucky Derby Party will be awarded.
The winners will be determined via a random selection of Concours Preview Party ticket purchasers during the party to be held at Hilton Head BMW, 1230 Fording Island Road, Bluffton, SC. The winners will be notified by phone, email, and/or mail if not present. The BMW 128i will be available for pickup at Hilton Head BMW, after confirmation of the Grand Prize winner, unless alternate arrangements between the Grand Prize winner and Hilton Head BMW have been made.
The automobile winner is responsible for all taxes and fees. Hilton Head Concours d’Elegance, Inc. and Heroes on Horseback specifically disclaim all expressed or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding the BMW 128i.
Winners of each prize are subject to all applicable Federal, State, and/or Local income taxes.
Hilton Head Concours d’Elegance, Inc. and Heroes on Horseback reserve the right to cancel the party and the prize awards if a minimum of 500 tickets are not sold prior to September 8, 2010. In the event of a cancellation, all ticket purchasers will be contacted and will receive a full refund within ten (10) business days of cancellation.
